sessions, where the focus is purely on you and whatever
you want to achieve from each session. These include a
range of techniques for self awareness and empowerment

which once established, can be practiced as and when you
choose, and in your own time. |

Suggestions
Bring a small fold up chair if you wish to have a
little rest. Clothing; bring some layers, something
light in case of drizzle. We will be right on the
river front, there is a place to grab a coffee or
something stronger a few minutes away, or come with
your own.

Shield Magic |
Newcomers Welcome
A Co-creative Regents Outreach
Initiative - A gathering of the Shield on the South
Bank, early Sunday evening to sing, dance,
drum and have FUN - there is strength in numbers so
your support for the shield would be such a GIFT.
Directions from Embankment Station
Walk up the stairs or take the lift near by and walk
across the bridge, come down the stairs we will gather
under the bridge – this is the location for the Magic
to begin!
We will run techs all afternoon
at the Irish Centre on Month and Day and leave at 6pm
for Embankment, taking the Northern Line Tube from Camden
Town which takes 13 mins.
